
Sunday, September 14th kicked off not only the first home game, but the launch of the Member Hall of Fame Kiosk.
PAGE FEATURES
Visualizing the ideal member kiosk was a welcome challenge. We balanced the requirements of Hard Rock Stadium's marketing needs with the users' needs as we strategized the easiest, most enjoyed layout.
MEMBER HALL OF FAME
The "Member Hall of Fame" page had multiple variations that led to a final design that incorporated elements from it's prior iterations. These two core ideas that were merged were a list format and card-style. There wasn't practicality with the individual card layout when there's thousands of members to see. The list format would leave the viewer wanting a bit more recognition out of their spotlight. The list became the initial view users get which then could expand into the card-style that felt celebratory of their membership. We also made sure to feature a search bar so users could find themselves quickly. Initial suggestions for offering a filtering system on the page to sort by membership level was dismissed due to the desire to allow more varying members to be displayed. It didn't just highlight their highest paying members then.
MEMBER HQ APP
The "Member HQ App" page was a client request so it could promote their new app they want members to download. There were a lot of features to this mobile resource and they wished for stadium-goers to start utilizing it. We suggested calling out those benefits on this page. Entice the members with the perks that came with the app and it's true reliability.
UPCOMING EVENTS
The "Upcoming Events" page had a few approaches that were pondered over. Should it display the game schedule? Should it feature stadium events? Our clients decided on just focusing on member events since there were plenty of dedicated resources for the other ideas. Imagery was included as a strategy to take up space since there were only a few events currently planned.

CREATING WHAT'S BEST FOR STADIUM MEMBERS
The pages decided on for the system were "Member Hall of Fame", "Member HQ App", and "Upcoming Events". These topics were decided on early with the HRS team when ideating on what would be a healthy mix of what they need people to see, and what is most important for them to know.

THE OBJECTIVE
Our Hard Rock Stadium clients were in search of an interactive system that could highlight their 15,000 members and also provide member related information. Miami Dolphin members who would use this kiosk should feel excited when they see their individual entry! The project also needed to feel tied to both Miami Dolphin branding and Membership branding for consistency purposes.
